Derek Wahila

Derek Wahila is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital therapy for businesses as the owner of Wahila Creative since April 2001. Additionally, Derek has served as an adjunct faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University since January 2016, advising teams in both undergraduate and graduate capstone projects within the Masters program in Human-Computer Interaction (MHCI). Since January 2017, Derek has also worked as a tinkerer at PXL.fun. Notably, Derek founded FotoFeedback in January 2010, which connects aspiring photographers with professionals for personalized critiques. Derek's background includes a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science and a BFA in Graphic Design, both obtained from Carnegie Mellon University in 1996. Previous experience includes a development role at Inmedius from 1996 to 2001.
