Jim Bullion

Jim Bullion serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WAHTS, leading the transformation of hearing care through innovative testing solutions since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Principal at Focus Acquisition Partners from October 2020 to July 2023, advising on mergers and acquisitions for private equity and corporate clients. As President of Phoenix Global Services LLC from April 2014 to June 2023, Jim facilitated revenue growth and operational improvements for global businesses. Previous positions include Managing Director at G2 Capital Advisors in the aerospace, defense, and security sectors, and a notable role as Director for the Task Force for Business and Stability Operations at the US Department of Defense, focusing on economic development in Afghanistan. Jim's military career, spanning three decades, included leadership roles in the US Army, culminating in significant operational commands in Iraq. Education credentials include an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.
