Sara Hutson

Sara A. Hutson, P.E. has over 33 years of environmental experience in the petrochemical and oil refining industries as well as in environmental consulting. Works with industry in air pollution control, solid and hazardous waste management, and stormwater management. She has been with Waid Environmental since 1990.

Sara works with industry in air pollution control, solid and hazardous waste management, and stormwater management. As a member of the executive leadership at Waid Environmental, Sara participates in the preparation of air permit applications, amendments, and exemptions, negotiates permit conditions with the TCEQ, and NMED, participates in agency inspections, supervises or prepares Emissions Inventories, and provides regulatory analyses and compliance assistance for fuel and chemical terminals, refineries, and crude gathering stations.
