Julie Busken

Julie Busken is an experienced Senior Technical Writer with a robust background in technical documentation and collaboration within international teams. Currently at Waites since February 2020, Julie previously held senior technical writing positions at Netcracker Technology and Convergys, contributing to the documentation of over 150 products and files while effectively managing large teams of writers and editors. Julie's career began at Structural Dynamics Research Corporation, followed by a series of roles at Convergys, including SharePoint/Communication Specialist and Standards Specialist. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Engineering Technology and an Associate of Science in Chemical Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
