Taylor Schafer

Taylor Schafer is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Waites since September 2024. Prior to this role, Taylor worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at New Era Technology from April 2023 to September 2024, and at Fusion Alliance from January 2020 to April 2023, specializing in creating digital solutions for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies. Taylor began a career in recruiting with the Eliassen Group as a Technical Recruiter from December 2017 to January 2020, followed by a position as a Scientific Recruiter with Aerotek from October 2016 to December 2017. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business, completed in 2016.
