Johnathan McFarlane

Johnathan McFarlane joined Waiward in 2016 and currently holds the role of Director, Shared Services. Johnathan has many years of experience across various industries focused on value creation through systems and process improvements.

Johnathan is a valuable member of the organization and helps contribute through his ability to align change with the overall organizational goals strategically. Johnathan also provides strong leadership skills focused on building strong teams. In Johnathan’s current role, he is responsible for the organization’s digital transformation while leading the Information Systems and Technology team.

Johnathan graduated from NAIT with honours in Bachelor of Technology in Technology Management, earning his degree and adding useful insight to his skillset.
