Muklis Raisyraf

Muklis Raisyraf is an experienced baking professional with a career spanning several prominent establishments in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Chief Baker/Pastry at Wakatobi Resort & Liveaboard Yacht since April 2015, Muklis has held various roles including Assistant Chief Baker at FINE Hotels & Resorts in Sochi, Russia, and CDP Bakery at Melia Hotel. Earlier roles include Head Baker at The Cristine Bakery and multiple Demi Chef positions at J.W. Marriott Jakarta and Borobudur Hotel Jakarta. The career began as Assistant Manager at Carrefour Indonesia and included significant experience at Shangri-La Jakarta. Muklis holds an education from Marine School (AMI) from 1989 to 1992.
