Alejandro Marquez-Lara

Alejandro Marquez-Lara is a Pediatric Orthopaedic Fellow at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center since August 2021. Previously, Alejandro served as an Orthopaedic Surgery Resident at Wake Forest University School of Medicine since July 2014 and completed a dedicated research year in spine surgery as a Research Fellow at Midwest Orthopaedics at RUSH from July 2013 to June 2014, under the mentorship of Dr. Kern Singh. Alejandro also gained experience as a General Surgery Resident at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from July 2012 to June 2013, completing a Preliminary Year in General Surgery. Alejandro holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela, earned between 2003 and 2009.
