Darlene Starnes

Darlene Starnes has over two decades of experience in operations and human resources management. Currently, Darlene serves as the Manager of Operations in Human Resources at Wake Forest University, where tenure began in April 2005. Darlene's progression within the university includes roles as Project Manager, Operations Manager, Administrative Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Prior to this, Darlene was the Business Manager at YMCA of Northwest North Carolina from February 2000 to April 2005, showcasing a strong background in management and administrative functions.
