Chris Torgler

Chris Torgler is an accomplished Director of Operations at Amazon, overseeing a fulfillment center with over 5,000 employees and managing an annual budget of $270 million. With a robust background in operations, Torgler has held various leadership roles, including General Manager of a 2.6 million square-foot robotics fulfillment center and the Site Leader for a newly launched facility during the COVID-19 pandemic. A proven advocate for safety and operational efficiency, Torgler has implemented comprehensive safety programs and led major cost-saving initiatives that resulted in over $78 million in annual savings. Additionally, Torgler has contributed to the community as a board member for the Raleigh Chamber and the Garner Chamber of Commerce, while holding an intern position at Amazon earlier in the career.
