Keith Poston

Keith Poston is an experienced leader in public education and communications, currently serving as President of WakeEd Partnership since April 2020. Previously, Poston was Principal at Poston & Associates, LLC, where consulting services were provided in communications strategy and education policy. A notable tenure as President and Executive Director of the Public School Forum of North Carolina from 2014 to 2019 was marked by collaboration among business, education, and government leaders to shape education policy. Poston's background includes senior roles at Time Warner Cable, AGL Resources, Progress Energy, CoStar Group, Ketchum Public Relations, and the National Alliance of Business, where public relations, corporate communications, and crisis management were key responsibilities. Poston holds a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
