Amanda Coffey

Amanda Coffey is an accomplished professional in catering sales with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Catering Sales at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club since January 2021, Amanda previously held the position of Account Director, Catering at Monarch Beach Resort & Spa from June 2016 to January 2021. Prior to that role, Amanda was the Senior Catering Sales Manager at The St. Regis Monarch Beach from August 2012 to June 2016. Amanda's career began at Disneyland Resort as a Food & Beverage Supervising Lead, continuing on to positions including Meetings & Events Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Senior Meetings & Events Manager at The Langham Hotels and Resorts. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton, completed in 2006.
