Michelle Caporicci

Michelle Caporicci serves as the Commercial Director at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club since August 2021. Previously, Michelle was the Pre-Opening General Manager at Montage Hotels & Resorts from December 2020 to June 2021 and held the positions of General Manager and Regional Vice President at Auberge Resorts Collection from January 2019 to May 2020. Prior to that, Michelle was the Managing Director at The St. Regis Langkawi from January 2017 to January 2019. With a long tenure at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Michelle worked from 1996 to January 2017 in various leadership roles, including Regional VP Sales & Marketing for Asia Pacific, General Manager, and Hotel Manager at The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai, among others. Michelle is characterized as someone who enjoys coloring outside the lines.
