Rafael Sanchez

Rafael Sanchez has a diverse background in hospitality and accounting with experience spanning over a decade. Currently, Rafael works in the accounting department at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club since March 2023. Prior roles include serving as a Guest Services Specialist at DoubleTree by Hilton and a Guest Services Coordinator at Laguna Shores Resort. Early career experience includes positions as a Guest Service Representative at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and a Guest Service Agent at Laguna Surf Resort, among others. Rafael began their journey in the hospitality field as an usher for the Festival of Arts/Pageant of the Masters. Educationally, Rafael attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2016 to 2018.
