Stephanie Koch currently serves as the Assistant Director of Revenue Management at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club since November 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Complex Director of Commercial Strategy at Hostmark Hospitality Group from January 2021 to November 2023, overseeing both the Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South and Anaheim Marriott Suites. Stephanie's extensive experience in the hospitality industry began at Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South, where roles included Revenue Manager, Sales Manager, Executive Meeting Manager, Event Services Coordinator, and Guest Services Agent, spanning from May 2008 to January 2021. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University, graduating in 2010.
