Jessica Kilpatrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, employee engagement, and entrepreneurship. As the Owner of Kilvani Designs since 2018, Jessica has established a successful body jewelry business that has showcased designs at notable fashion events and gained international recognition. Previous roles include Operations Project Manager at SparkEffect, where guidance and coaching were provided to teams in project execution and organizational change, and Program Manager, HR Talent & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion at Redfin, where Jessica developed employee engagement strategies for over 6,000 employees.
