Flahat Islam

Flahat Islam has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. They began their career in 2008 as a Technical Support Writer at Etilize PVT Ltd. In 2009, they joined Mobilink Infinity as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided online support and configuration services. During their time at Mobilink Infinity, they also worked as an MIS Analyst, where they were responsible for developing HR policies, managing employee relationships, and organizational development. In 2014, they joined Wi-tribe as a Customer Care Executive, focusing on the analysis and development of customer support processes. Since 2018, Flahat has been working at WALEE and Techlets Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resource Lead, overseeing various HR functions such as workforce planning, strategic management, performance management, and compensation management. In their current role, they are also responsible for reporting, analysis, and administrative management.

Flahat Islam's education history includes pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology - Islamabad Campus. They also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Telecom, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering, at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Flahat Islam obtained a certification as a Certified Human Resource Professional from Bahria University in October of 2022.
