Demetrice Marie Girtman

Demetrice Marie Girtman, CPhT, is an experienced pharmacy operations manager currently working at Walgreens Boots Alliance since June 2021. In this role, Demetrice assists pharmacists with patient care tasks such as registration, prescription data entry, medication preparation, and communication with patients and physicians. Prior to this position, Demetrice held various roles at Walgreens and Walmart, including shift floor lead and pharmacy technician, where responsibilities ranged from cash handling to medication dispensing. Demetrice began a career in retail management at Rainbow Apparel Co, serving in positions from junior assistant manager to store manager, overseeing staff training, human resources tasks, and store operations. Demetrice holds a Pharmacy Technician certificate from Virginia College-Macon and a GED from Central Georgia Technical College.
