Pmp® Jared Hinshaw

Jared Hinshaw, PMP®, has extensive work experience in the technology and project management field. Jared currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Technology at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux since March 2023. Previously, they served as the VP of Technology at the same organization from February 2022 to March 2023.

Before their current role, Jared was associated with Inspire Brands from January 2020 to February 2022, where they held the position of Sr. Director IT PMO - Digital, Data, and Agile COE. In this role, they were responsible for managing key digital and data portfolios for various brands, such as Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Jimmy John’s. Jared oversaw a team of 20+ program managers, scrum masters, agile coaches, and project coordinators and ensured the successful delivery of agile projects.

Prior to Inspire Brands, Jared worked at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. from August 2014 to February 2018 as a Manager - IT PMO. Here, they analyzed and tracked portfolio and project performance, adhered to IT PMO standards, and contributed to process and standards improvements.

Before that, they held the role of Sr. Project Manager at BrightStarr from December 2013 to August 2014, where they established project estimates and schedules, managed project scope, and maintained strong client relationships.

Jared's earlier experience includes working at Synaptyk, Inc. as a Project Manager - Services Department from January 2012 to December 2013. Jared conducted scheduling risk analysis, collaborated with vendors, and facilitated project efficiency improvements. Jared also worked as a Field Engineer - Services Department at Synaptyk, Inc. from October 2010 to January 2012.

Additionally, Jared has prior experience as an Americorps Member at the Corporation for National and Community Service from August 2008 to September 2009 and as an Assistant to Rt. Hon. Keith Hill MP at the United Kingdom House of Commons from January 2008 to July 2008.

Jared Hinshaw, PMP® pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at SOAS University of London. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations at Richmond, The American International University in London. In addition to their academic achievements, Jared Hinshaw holds a Project Management Professional certification, obtained from the Project Management Institute.
