Kelly O'Neill

Kelly O'Neill is currently Vice President and Associate Counsel at Walker & Dunlop, where Kelly leads GDPR and CCPA/CPRA programs and counsels various teams on data protection law requirements. Previously, Kelly worked as an Attorney at Envestnet, Inc, negotiating agreements focusing on privacy and cyber security. Kelly also has experience as an Attorney at Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, where Kelly researched various legal matters and drafted legal documents. Kelly holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
