Thirza Troost

Thirza Troost is currently the VP of Human Resources at Walker & Dunlop, after GeoPhy was acquired by the company in February 2022. Prior to this role, Thirza held various HR positions at companies such as Stratego Development, Nerdalize, and Climate-KIC, where Thirza focused on developing and executing People & Culture strategies. Thirza also has experience in education management and training facilitation at organizations like TU Delft and URBACT. Thirza holds a Msc in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Route66 — D66 and a Bsc in Psychology from the University of Groningen.
