Jack London

Jack London has extensive experience in video production and support management, currently serving as Tier 1 Support Manager at WalkMe™ since May 2018, following roles as Tier 1 Team Lead and Tier 1 Support. Prior to that, Jack completed the Next Level Rails Course and a Code Immersion Course at Tech Talent South in early 2018. Jack's background includes positions such as Video Producer for Providence Baptist Church and Director of Audio and Video at Christ Covenant Church. Jack also worked as a Freelance Video/Audio professional, contributing to various TV networks and professional sports teams, and held roles in video editing and production for organizations like the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Picnic Table Productions. Jack earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television Broadcasting from Bob Jones University, completing studies there in 2008.
