Mark Davies Acma

Mark Davies ACMA has a solid work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Mark started their career at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Manufacturing & Warehouse Accountant in November 1999. In this role, they successfully reduced fixed cost overheads, increased throughput, led strategic capital investment, and positioned the Bridgend Mill as a benchmark operation.

In April 2003, Mark transitioned to the role of Mill Financial Controller at Georgia-Pacific LLC. As an integral part of the senior management team, they were responsible for managing all aspects of finance in the business. Mark'sresponsibilities included statutory and external reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, liaising with auditors and stakeholders, implementing effective Sarbox controls, costing of new and mended business, working capital management, and supervising the entire finance department. Mark held this role until January 2019.

Most recently, Mark joined Wall Colmonoy in January 2019 as the Finance Director. Specific details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Mark Davies ACMA attended Cwrt Sart Comprehensive School from 1985 to 1990. Mark then pursued a degree in Business & Finance at Neath Tertiary College from 1990 to 1992. Finally, from 1992 to 1996, they studied Accountancy at the University of South Wales and graduated with a 1st Class Hons Business & Finance degree.
