Galia Ben-Dor

Galia Ben-Dor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As the Co-CEO and Founder of WALL-SMART since January 2013, Galia Ben-Dor has been instrumental in designing innovative flush mounts for high-end home electronics. Prior to this, Galia Ben-Dor served as CEO of Elipse Engineering, managing engineering services for the Hi-Tech and defense sectors. Additional roles include VP of HR and Information Systems at Amimon, where policies for HR and IT were developed, and Director of Corporate HR at Aladdin, improving employee engagement significantly. Galia Ben-Dor's career began at Check Point, managing HR operations and global recruiting. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Haifa. Galia Ben-Dor also contributes as a member of the Governance Committee for CEDIA and as a volunteer with the Hostages and Missing Families Forum.
