Johnson Raj

Johnson Raj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, particularly within the aviation sector. Currently serving as the Training & Development Manager at Wall Street Exchange since October 2020, Johnson has effectively managed learning requirements and developed training strategies and policies for the organization. Prior to this role, Johnson held various positions at dnata, including Service Delivery Controller at both Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport, focusing on standards, quality, and procedures in passenger baggage handling operations. Johnson also dedicated over 14 years to Emirates Airline as a Learning and Development Specialist, supporting numerous operational initiatives. Johnson’s career commenced at dnata in the early 1990s, where responsibilities included managing passenger and departure control activities. Johnson holds a B.Com. in Marketing Management from Annamalai University, attained between 2007 and 2009.
