Bob Bencze Ccim

Bob Bencze, CCIM has had a successful career in the real estate industry. Bob started their journey in 1995 as an Associate Vice President at Colliers International, where they gained valuable experience and knowledge. In 2007, they transitioned to NAI Puget Sound Properties, becoming a Senior Vice President and furthering their expertise in the field. In 2012, they joined Wallace Properties as a Senior Vice President and has been contributing their skills and expertise to the company ever since.

Bob Bencze, CCIM completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Botany from The Ohio State University, where they attended from 1971 to 1975. Bob later became a CCIM member and has held this membership since 1996.
