Maktari Nayal

Maktari Nayal is currently serving as a MEMPSA Region 7 Board Member at Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association. They have extensive experience in school administration, previously working as the Principal at Clifford H. Smart Middle School in Walled Lake Consolidated Schools and holding administrative roles in the Hamtramck School District. Additionally, they are the creator of The Teacher Guide App, a free educational app for educators. Maktari Nayal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from The University of Olivet and a Master of Public Administration in School Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
