Divya Shinde

Divya Shinde is an experienced professional in the marine human resources sector, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Marine HR at MMS Maritime since April 2019, where responsibilities include recruitment for various types of tankers. Prior experience includes serving as Operation Executive at TSM Management Pvt Ltd from September 2016 to March 2019, focusing on recruitment for delivery vessels, tankers, containers, and bulk carriers, as well as crew planning and operations support. Divya holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Mumbai Educational Trust (2018-2021) and a Post Graduation in Operations Management from Welingkar Institute of Management (2017-2018), along with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from St Andrew's College (2013-2016). Additionally, Divya completed HSC in Physical Sciences at Rishi Dayaram National College (2012-2013) and completed schooling at St. Joseph Convent High School in Bandra, Mumbai.
