Bert Kamin

Bert Kamin has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Bert served as the Vice President of Employee Relations at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, where they handled employee relations at the executive level. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as the Employee Relations Principal, supporting 20,000 employees across multiple facilities. Bert also worked at Motivate International Inc. as the Corporate Human Resources Lead, responsible for HR development and growth across various departments. Before that, they were the Vice President of East Coast Labor Relations at Macy's, where they served as the chief negotiator and company spokesperson for employee operations. Bert began their career as the Director of Human Resources at WWE ~ XFL.

Bert Kamin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 1988. Bert later pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Labor and Employee Relations from the same university, completing it in 1989.
