VP Global Customer Experience at Wallenius Wilhelmsen

Cecilia Guerra has extensive work experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Cecilia started their career at Sea-Land in 1997 as a Tradelane Analyst, where they worked until 1999. Cecilia then joined Maersk Line as a Marketing Supervisor from 1999 to 2002. Following that, they worked at Kuehne + Nagel as a Pricing Americas employee from 2002 to 2003. In 2004, Cecilia joined Wallenius Wilhelmsen, where they held several roles over the years. Cecilia served as the Customer Care Documentation Manager for South America from 2004 to 2012, then as the Customer Care & Documentation Senior Manager from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Customer Care, Documentation and Logistics Director. Cecilia then became the General Manager of Brazil for Wallenius Wilhelmsen from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of VP Global Customer Experience, which they currently hold.

Cecilia Guerra completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism at Ibero Americana from 1997 to 2001.
