Jill Melnyk has extensive work experience in various roles related to organizational development, talent acquisition, and learning and development. Jill currently holds the position of VP, Organizational Development & Talent Acquisition North America at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, where they have been working since 2012. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of Organizational Development at the same company. Before joining Wallenius Wilhelmsen, Jill worked as the Director of Learning & Development at Ralph Lauren from 2011-2012 and at Liz Claiborne Inc. from 2002-2012. Jill started their professional career as an Associate Director of Education & Recruiting at ERNST & YOUNG LLP from 1999-2001 and as a Training Manager at Fulbright & Jaworski from 1992-1999.
Jill Melnyk (She/Her) earned a Certificate in Talent Management Institute from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2014. In 2008, they completed a Leadership Coaching Certificate Program from Georgetown University Center for Continuing and Professional Education. Jill'sundergraduate education was completed at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they earned a BA in Elementary Education from 1979 to 1983. In addition to their academic achievements, Jill Melnyk has obtained additional certifications in Agile Performance Management from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2016, Talent Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2014, and Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in 2008.
