Kim Reiersen

Kim Reiersen is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior Manager HR for Norway and Malta at Wallenius Wilhelmsen since December 2020. With extensive experience in human resources, Kim has developed and implemented HR strategies, managed recruitment processes, and nurtured positive working environments across various organizations. Previous roles include Director of Cabin Crew HR and Recruitment at OSM Aviation, HR Advisor at Technip, and Researcher at Assessit, among others. Kim holds an MBA in Labour Law and a Master's in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway.
