Xavier Leroi

Xavier Leroi is an international executive and managing director with more than 20 years of multicultural leadership experience across several continents.

During his career, Leroi has lived and worked in France, Belgium, Norway, South Africa, China, Sweden and is currently residing in South Korea. In all his roles, he has been in charge of leading successful business transformation initiatives in the shipping and automotive logistics industry.

Leroi recently became the Chief Operating Officer for the shipping segment in Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA, a global shipping and automotive logistics leader. He came from the position as Chief Customer Officer where he headed the global group sales teams, customer experience and strategies for the entire portfolio of brands, products and services.
