Michael Adams

Michael Adams is an experienced finance professional specializing in FinTech investment banking and M&A advisory. Currently serving as Director of FinTech Investment Banking at Waller Helms Advisors since August 2023, Michael previously held senior leadership roles at Payroc, including SVP M&A and Director of Corporate Development. Michael's extensive background includes a Vice President position at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and a Director role at Farfield Advisory, where strategic guidance was provided to companies on growth and transformation.
