Andrius Ivanauskas

Andrius Ivanauskas is a legal professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory and competition law, currently serving as a Partner at WALLESS since April 2022. Ivanauskas has held various leadership roles within the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, including Member and Chairman of the Legal and Regulatory Committee, as well as Member of the Board since September 2013. Additionally, Ivanauskas is a Course Coordinator and Lecturer for the Business Law in Practice course at ISM University of Management and Economics, starting February 2023. Prior to WALLESS, Ivanauskas was a Partner at GLIMSTEDT from July 2004 to March 2022, leading two practice groups focused on Private Equity/Venture Capital and Competition/EU law. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's degree in Law from Vilnius University.
