Rakan Lamy

Rakan Lamy is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in investment analysis and banking. Currently serving as an Analyst at Walleye Capital since January 2022, focusing on Equity Long/Short in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, Rakan previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets and as a Global Equity Strategist at Desautels Capital Management, where involvement included managing a registered investment fund. In addition, Rakan held roles at RBC Capital Markets, Novacap, Snowdon Partners, and was the Managing Director of Corporate Relations and Sponsorships for the McGill International Portfolio Challenge. Rakan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Investment Management from McGill University and has participated in an exchange program at the University of Amsterdam.
