Bharat Hakim

Bharat Hakim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President – Logistics & Supply Chain at Walmart since 2007. In this role, Bharat is responsible for developing innovative retail supply chain strategies for Walmart India, focusing on technological automation and productivity enhancement to improve supply chain costs and customer experiences. Prior to Walmart, Bharat held various leadership positions at Whirlpool of India Ltd. from 1996 to 2006, including Director of Logistics and Supply Chain, where significant logistics strategies and processes were designed and implemented. Earlier in their career, Bharat was a Manager in Manufacturing and Procurement at Hindustan Unilever Limited, contributing to modern manufacturing operations. Bharat holds an education from the National Institute of Technology.
