Lee Dobrowolski

Lee Dobrowolski has extensive experience in law enforcement and security management, currently serving as ATF Compliance Manager and Security Risk Manager at Walmart since July 2021. Prior to this, Lee worked as a Relationship Manager at the Center for Policing Equity from October 2019 to July 2021 and held the position of Police Chief at Hillsboro Police Department from February 2014 to October 2019, overseeing a department of 190 staff. Additional roles include Adjunct Instructor in Criminal Justice at Portland Community College (2016-2019) and Deputy Police Chief at Salt Lake City Police Department (1991-2014). Lee's military experience includes serving as a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications consist of an MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a BS in Management from Park University, and two associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Survival and Rescue from Park University and Community College of the Air Force, respectively.
