Mikel Washburn

Mikel Washburn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and project management. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Program Manager in InfoSec Incident Management at Walmart Global Tech since February 2020, Mikel previously held the position of InfoSec Strategy Manager and various project management roles at Walmart. Responsibilities include team leadership for the ISD VMO Buying team, overseeing project assignments, coordinating with GTS partners, and driving process improvement initiatives. Mikel’s career at Walmart began in 2002 as a Systems Engineer, and Mikel has also worked as a Sr Project Specialist. Mikel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Arkansas State University.
