Nicole Ouzounian is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, retail, and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Walmart U.S. Strategy, Nicole focuses on the Acceleration & Accountability Pillar, building on previous roles as Senior Manager in both the Strategy and Omnichannel Program Management teams. A background in pet health and wellness retail was established as an Associate Merchant, where oversight of P&L and demand forecasting occurred.
