Claudia Avalos

Claudia Avalos is an experienced educator specializing in special education, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an EIP Special Education Teacher for the Walnut Creek School District since August 2018, Claudia previously held roles as a Special Education Teacher at Wellspring Educational Services Inc. from August 2016 to June 2018, and as a Site Supervisor and Early Childhood Special Education Teacher at Napa County Office of Education from August 2012 to June 2016. Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching from San Francisco State University, earned between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor's Degree in Developmental Psychology from the same institution, completed in 1989.
