Teresa Wolfe

Teresa Wolfe is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in wound care coordination and healthcare. Currently serving as a Wound Care Coordinator at Walnut Hill Medical Center since May 2015, Teresa also holds a position as a Registered Nurse in the HOU department at Promise Healthcare, which began in November 2015. Prior experience includes a role as a Registered Nurse at Vibra Healthcare from May 2016 to November 2017. Teresa Wolfe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University between 2014 and 2015.
