Stephane Cudelou

Stephane Cudelou is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Serving as CEO at Walor since March 2012, Stephane is responsible for overseeing the Forging business and its plants, leading a workforce of 860 people and generating an annual turnover of 120 million euros. Previous roles at Walor include Vice President of Operations and Development Manager, focusing on optimizing manufacturing across multiple international locations. Stephane's earlier career includes significant positions at Gemalto, where responsibilities included shaping industrial strategies for Latin America, and at Schlumberger, with a focus on production management. A graduate of Icam, Stephane also completed education in lean enterprise principles from the Lean Enterprise Institute. Current projects involve enhancing regional synergies, deploying lean six sigma practices, and developing engineering capabilities within the organization.
