Paul Hillman

Paul Hillman has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Senior Sales Manager at SIRA, where they managed a team of 10 sales professionals and achieved high growth for the client base. From 2006 to 2007, Paul worked as a Management Account Assistant at South Gloucestershire Council, overseeing a significant contract and conducting research on projected expenditures and income. At Survey Sampling International (SSI) from 2007 to 2012, they held the role of Senior Project Manager, managing complex multinational projects, analyzing risk, training new team members, and preparing reports for client meetings. From 2012 to 2017, Paul worked at MindMover as the Operations Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager. During their time at MindMover, they gained experience in project management and operations. In 2018, they joined Toluna as a CSE: European Strategic Consultant, overseeing research projects, leading project delivery teams, and providing training on new processes. From 2019 to 2022, Paul served as the Head of Records Management EMEA APAC - Creative Consultancy at Guinness World Records, where they managed a team of Records Managers, shaped strategies, and oversaw the adjudication process. Currently, Paul Hillman is working at Walr as a Project Director, utilizing their proprietary tech solution to simplify the research process.

Paul Hillman completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Economics from the University of Greenwich from 2004 to 2007.
