Alicia Thesing has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Alicia began their career at State Farm in 2007 as a Customer Service Specialist, where they represented various insurance lines and was responsible for prospecting new business. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Allstate as an Insurance Account Manager, managing a team and handling customer and employee complaints. Alicia then joined Wells Fargo Insurance Services as a Customer Service Rep 3, where they provided excellent customer service, processed new insurance policies, and assisted with quality assurance. Alicia then moved to RCIS, Wells Fargo, where they worked as an Underwriting Specialist, providing service to agents and reviewing insurance products. Alicia is currently working at Walser Automotive Group since 2014, where they have held roles as a Customer Service Manager and the Director of Insurance. In these roles, they have been responsible for maintaining high levels of customer retention, assisting in portfolio growth, and managing day-to-day operations.
Alicia Thesing attended Rocori High School from 2000 to 2003 and earned a High School Diploma with a field of study in General Studies. From 2005 to 2007, they studied Generals at Anoka-Ramsey Community College. Alicia then attended the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Nutrition Science with a field of study in General Education.
