Aman Minocha has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Aman started their career at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where they worked in management positions in the food and beverage department. Aman then moved on to UEI Global, Berggruen Holdings (India), where they served as the Head of Operations, overseeing the setup and management of skill centers and various business operations. After that, they joined Devyani International Ltd. as the AGM of KFC Restaurants, Yum!. Following this, Aman joined Quess Corp Limited as a Senior Vice President of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Business Solutions at Walsons Facility Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Aman Minocha has a strong education history in business administration and management. In 2017, they completed the Senior Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2014, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
In 2002 to 2003, Aman Minocha pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at The University of Huddersfield. Aman further developed their expertise in the hospitality industry by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad between 1993 and 1996.
Finally, they completed their high school education at Hans Raj Model School in New Delhi from 1983 to 1992. Additionally, Aman Minocha has obtained several certifications including the Certified Hotel Administrator from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the Certified Trainer from Hotelschool, The Hague, Netherlands, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from SKIL.
