Robert Chamra

Bobby is a Senior Project Manager at Walter P Moore's Austin Diagnostics Group with more than a decade of experience in structural engineering and building enclosures. He is an expert at building assessments, design, construction observation and contract administration, and failure investigations with a specialization in parking and facade restoration.

In addition, Bobby has expertise in various market sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and public works. He specializes in failure investigation and litigation support, including expert testimony, regarding structural systems, and building enclosures. Bobby has served on the TMS 402/602 committee of The Masonry Society in various roles since 2016 and is the secretary of the Veneer subcommittee for the 2028 code cycle. He was also the 2019 President of the SEAoT Austin chapter and was on the SEAoT Austin Board from 2015 through 2021.
