Emily Dutch

Emily Dutch has extensive work experience in executive search and recruitment. Emily started their career at Raines International Inc. in 2007 as a Senior Associate and worked their way up to become a Senior Vice President. At Raines International, they conducted searches for C-Suite executives and their direct reports in various industry sectors and functional areas. Emily was with the company from 2007 to 2011. Currently, Emily is a Member at Chief, starting in 2022.

Emily Dutch has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Business from Villanova University. Emily also holds a certification in Hogan Assessment Systems, specializing in HPI, HDS, and MVPI, which they obtained in May 2019.
