Almas Rahman Shamim

Almas Rahman Shamim has extensive work experience in the engineering and mechanical field. From 2015 onwards, they have worked at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, where they held various roles including Deputy Head of Compressor R & I, Sr. Mechanical Designer, and Project Manager. They were also responsible for design, prototype, and product implementation. Prior to that, they worked at SHAHJIBAZAR POWER CO. LTD as an Engineer in both mechanical maintenance and operations. Their responsibilities included regular maintenance and experience with overhauling GE Jenbacher 620 Gas engine.

Almas Rahman Shamim began their education in 2001 at Damnash Pardamnash High School in Rajshahi, where they obtained a Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.) in Science in 2006. They then attended New Govt. Degree college in Rajshahi from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) in Science. After that, Almas Rahman Shamim enrolled at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they also completed an industrial attachment for three weeks at Essential Drug Company Limited, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification is not specified.
