M.D. Shahriar Kabir

Md. Shahriar Kabir has extensive experience in production management, currently serving as the Production In-charge of Glass Project Process & Printing at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC since March 2016, with additional roles as Head Of Production and First Senior Assistant Director. Responsibilities include production planning, product quality assurance in local and foreign markets, productivity analysis, and implementation of 5S practices. Between January 2021 and September 2023, Md. Shahriar Kabir held the position of Head Of Production at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. Prior to this, Md. Shahriar Kabir gained valuable experience as a Senior Officer - Planning at Padma Group of Converters, focusing on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, and other productivity tools. Md. Shahriar Kabir started a career in production as a Trainee Engineer at PRAN-RFL Group, emphasizing shift-wise production planning and monitoring. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Production Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Daffodil International University.
